Return Policy
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all items purchased through www.heraclix.com
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
- the tag must still be attached
- the item must show no signs of wear or use
We offer free UPS return labels for eligible returns. To request a return label, please contact us at info@heraclix.com within 30 days of delivery.
If we see that there is damage to the gemstones or silver caused by wear or use, the cost of this damage may be deducted from your refund.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our office. After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation.
As our items are custom-made, we are not legally obligated to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we proudly offer this 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Resize policy
First-Time Buyers
We are proud to offer one free resize service, including free shipping, for first-time buyers if the item does not fit well. This service is available within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To request a resize, please email info@heraclix.com We will provide a free UPS return label and guide you through the next steps.
Returning Customers
If you are not a first-time buyer and your item does not fit well, please email us at info@heraclix.com and include a photo of the bracelet. This helps us verify whether the item was made in the correct size.
If made correct we offer a UPS return label for $25 and a resize service for $15 per bracelet and $25 back for shipping
If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, that is possible. However, we are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend insuring the package for the full value of the item(s) being returned.
General note
Please note that the size of the beads and designs affects how precisely we can adjust the fit. Because we work with beads and designs in a variety of sizes, slight size variations may occur and exact sizing may not always be possible. For example: requesting 7.5 inch instead of 7.4 inch has no impact. Also slight size variations may occur between previous orders because of different bead size or designs.

To be eligible for a return:

We also offer free UPS return labels for eligible exchanges. To request one, please email info@heraclix.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to register and assess your return for an exchange. We will notify you by email regarding the expected timeframe for you receiving the exchange.
If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, that is possible. However, we are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue an exchange if your package is lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend insuring the package for the full value of the item(s) being returned.
